By commissioning me, you agree to abide by these terms of service as written on this page. Not reading the terms of service does not exempt you from them.

Terms regarding my Characters
General rule :- I have the right to refuse your idea with or without a reason, as these characters are truly personal to me.
✘ You are NOT ALLOWED to commission art of YOUR characters with MINE without my consent.
✘ You are NOT ALLOWED to commission/make art/fiction of MY characters without MY consent.Freya:- You CAN ask for SFW anthro or feral interaction (non romantic theme and should be discussed before hand).
✘ You CANNOT ask for NSFW anthro or feral interaction.Azazel :- You CAN ask for SFW anthro interaction (non romantic theme and should be discussed before hand).
- You CAN ask for NSFW interaction, but it will highly depend on your idea and character.Duke :- Only mutuals CAN ask for SFW or intimidating interactions.
Client and Artist Rights
Artist RightsI reserve the right to post and display the images I draw as I see fit. The only exception being, if agreed upon beforehand, to keep the commissioned piece private.I reserve the right to use rejected sketches for pieces for future works and YCH auctions.I reserve the right to refuse service or cancel a commission to anyone I am not comfortable working with or without any reason at any time.I reserve the right to use any art commissioned commercially (as advertisements, prints, etc.).
I reserve the right to alter and change my terms of service as I see fit.I reserve the right to choose what species I’m gonna work on per commission. Don't get frustrated if I say no to your commission, I will work on what I cherish the most.

Commissioner RightsAs the commissioner you’re free to post and share your picture as much or as little as you'd like as long as credit is provided.You may not use the commissioned piece for commercial purposes. This includes, but is not limited to: buttons, shirts, and prints sold for profit. Printing and using for personal use is completely acceptable.Major altering of the original work is not allowed including, but not limited to: Cropping my signature/name out, tracing the original image, paying another artist to complete/further detail the original.
Payment Information
PaymentAll prices are FINAL, and any sort of haggling will get you blacklisted.
I may charge fees depending on design, major alterations, and insufficient information.Payment is due up front and in full before the final sketch has been made.Payment can be in HUF and Euro!
Gratuity is optional, but greatly appreciated!
I accept slot holds, but if it takes more than a month, reservation price from the commission will be asked!

RefundsIf I am unable to start your commission, I will give a full (100%) refund.
The commissioner may cancel a commission at any time before the sketching phase, after that refund is not available at any percent.
If it has been longer than 3 months since you have received the first sketch, you may request a refund in full.
Artwork is non-refundable once finished.
Progress // Edits // Alternatives
ProgressAll commissioners will receive work in progress updates.
I will send you only on Telegram or Furaffinity screenshots of my work as progress shots.
I send progress shots at every stage in a piece (sketch, linework, colour, etc.) to make sure I make as few errors as possible and to ensure your satisfaction with the commission.

Edits and AlterationsEdits requested at the sketch phase are free.
Edits past the sketch phase are free if I have made a mistake. If the edit is made due to insufficient information on your part, you will be charged a fee.
Edits made after the piece is finished will be done to the best of my ability, but please note that it may skew the work slightly or not be possible.

AlternativesAlternative shots may increase your turnaround time and price.
These must be brought up at the time of commissioning me, and may not be added on once I have started on your commission.

Slot HoldIn case we discussed any ideas before hand, I can hold the slot for 1 month in advance. I cannot gurantee that I will write each people about their slot, so If you does not message me during that month, your slot will not be held anymore.

RequirementsI require a full reference sheet or multiple pieces of art, but descriptions will be allowed as well, just keep in mind, the less detail you give, the more likely I am to make a mistake and it be on your dime.
You must have permission to use the character you are commissioning if it does not belong to you, except if we talk about fanart.

StyleI can draw in a few different styles, however I will not draw in another artist’s style. Please specify which of my styles you would prefer when commissioning me.
If a YCH comes in a certain style, it may not be altered.
By commissioning me, you agree to let me interpret your character in my style which may include tweaking your characters colors and markings slightly so that they fit the lineart nicely. In no way will I edit the character to where they are unrecognizable.

Deadlines & Turnaround TimeI do NOT accept hard deadlines unless put in place by myself.
If you would like a commission completed before a certain con, I can try my best to do so before then, but it is not guaranteed.
My turnaround time can vary from a few hours to a month. However, YCHs grant me the ability to have a quicker turnaround time more likely than not.
Please note that you may not be the only person in my queue, and so I may not make much contact with you until your slot is the one being worked on.

Miscellaneous InformationYou may combine commission types in most cases (custom design + a full reference sheet).
Most pieces may be turned into badges that can be shipped to you for an additional fee.
There is no extra fee for private commissions.
If you do a false chargeback, not only will I add you to my personal blacklist, I will also post a warning about you on all my social media sites and possibly take you to court.

Blacklist
Base InformationOnce you are on the black list, depending on the violation you have cause you will be blocked for future work with me.If you have reached a certain kind of violation you cannot purchase any kind of physical merch nor any other item and services that I offer.If I see that it is neccessary, I will ask you to remove or never use any already completed works which was completed by me.

By commissioning me, you are agreeing to abide by these terms of services. Ignorance of these terms is not an excuse; by doing business with me you are signing a legally binding contract. If you violate any of these terms, you will be blacklisted with or without refund. Serious violations of this contract will be prosecuted by law.
